Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi everyone! It's been a looooooong time! Wow...where do I start? Let's see. At the end of seventh grade in 2006, I was at my highest weight ever at 184 at age 12. I was crushed, but I knew my eating habits were terrible. I was scared for my health and I didn't want to die of a heart attack at twentysomething. The love of my life, my mom, bought me the book "The Diet for Teenagers Only" and I started following it at working out every day. I got down to 162 by the same time the next year and was so proud. But then my life turned into an utter hellhole when my dad and mom started fighting nonstop and I had the WORST summer of my life. I gained back most of my weight. Then last year I stayed about the same...this year I actually went down to 172 so that makes me happy but I still have ages to go before I actually get to my goal. My life still sucks for various reasons and I feel so depressed I wanna die some days. Please pray for my mental/emotional health and give me a few tips!!! Thanks.
