Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I just came back from a 50 minute walk--which means that I burned 343 calories. That's pretty good--if I cut 500 calories from my diet today, I will have successfully cut about 1000 calories total (incuding the calories I burned doing whatever--I burn 106 while sitting, can you believe that?). Well, is everyone else doing well?
