Ht. 5'3.5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - okay, so i'm not exactly "fat" just not really in shape right now i guess. i'm built not small, but not really big either. i look like 140 probably. for my 16th bday (may 4th) i'm joining anytime fitness ( you have to be 16 to get a key). i would like to be 130-ish around end of august, or sooner. i would just like to get in shape (family history of diabetes) more. how many times per week should i go to anytime fitness? or what would be ideal? and could i be 130-ish sooner then August? thanks :)
