BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 234 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey. Okay, so I've lost 30lbs so far. It's so hard to stay on track. To be honest, I'm mortally surprised that I've lost 30lbs - I haven't been doing good at all. Like, I can't get motivated...and It's so hard to eat healthy when there isn't really any healthy things to eat in my house. And plus, we always have junk food. And they won't just replace the junk food for healthy food just for me...Ugh...what can I do to stay motivated and on track?
