Ht. 5'7", Start: 221 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ok, I need help! I've been watching what i eat, exercising, everything, and havent lost a pound. I've been on weight watchers and when i was on that, i would lose up to 6 pounds a week. so going on 3 months of watching what i eat and exercising..shouldn't i be seeing a difference? ITS SO FRUSTRATING AND DISCOURAGING! help? please? just any ideas as to what i should do or if somethings wrong or anything. Thank you!
