Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Suggestion: Weigh yourself in the morning before you eat-your weight will be more accurate. I have become deeply concerened with some of the posts on here. I am a firm believer that if you just change the way you eat you'll make a permanent change in your life and you'll lose weight, and most of all be healthy. I do NOT believe in weight loss pill-although if it is abnormally hard for someone to lose weight I have nothing against them. Some people on here are practically starving themselves, and it's not healthy. Starving is not the way to lose weight-eating healthier and exercising is. Please you guys don't starve yourself, eat when you're hungry, drink water, eat fruits and veggies, exercise! Just please don't eat so little. You NEED to eat, it's basic survival. Please you guys, eat healthier, don't starve yourself with these diet pills-get off the diet pills and just eat healthier, it's really helped me.
