Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I've been overweight ever since I was in 4th grade. I have constantly been trying to lose weight since then. The only thing that kinda worked was weight watchers. For a couple months. Then I started getting un-motivated and I gained 20 pounds. I've gained 20 more pounds since then and I'm so embarrassed. None of my friends are fat, and I just feel so out of the circle when I'm with them. They've all had boyfriends and such, and no guy has ever looked at me in that way. My dad made me join weight watchers again and I lost 4 pounds. But then again I got un-motivated and gained 6. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just eating eating eating ALL the time and I don't know how to motivate myself to stop. I dance 5 days a week for at least 2 hours a day, and I go to the gym a lot. So I know it isn't lack of exercize. Its the food. Please, if you have and advice for me, reply to this message. I need all the help I can get.
