Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I gained two pounds.... I think it might be muscle though because my pants keep falling off. So i'm not sure. I did pretty good today. Breakfast: apples and yogurt Lunch: healthy choice panini Afternoon snack: cup of milk Dinner: (I didnt eat yet) but im going to eat these dumplings that my mom made. ground beef and carrots as the filling. they have 200 calories per 6. so im going to eat 15 of those. which is about 500 ish. and later tonight i'm going to have carrots and ranch as a snack.
