Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Ok so today for breakfast I ate 1 set of 4 Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops and 1/2 cup Pina Colada Juice. For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on a wheat bun with WOW! Chips and water. For supper I had 1 steak and cheese fajita with water. No snacks yet. I didn't exercise today, however I went to a party tonight and danced my butt off so hopefully that will do me some good. Any advice?
