Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I'm stuck on this weight. Either that or i gained muscle. I can't tell by looking at myself or seeing how clothes fit so idk. I've been exercising twice a day. Once after breakfast and once before i sleep. I eat about 1000 calories a day usually, give or take some. So any tips?
