Ht. 5'5", Start: 222 lb, Today: 222 lb, Goal: 222 lb - Hello! If you arent allergic to or absolutely hate nuts, i have a diet for you. You should ba a vegetarian. For everyone saying "I love meat," and "don't you need protein," hear me out. Get rid of meat! It's better for you and the animals. Meat slows down your metabolism and it's calories are harder to get rid of! Eating vegetables and beans, for protein, instead of meat, will make you feel healthier and make it easier to loose weight. Of course, you will still need to exercise, but with a faster metabolism, weight loss will come easier. Trust me. Have you ever seen an overweight deer? No, because they don't eat meat, eat a lot of vegetables, and get execise. Thanks to Danny for setting me straight on this!
