Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Im having a similar problem like the post below me... I exercise 1 hr and 30 mins everyday except weekends and I gained two pounds...(45 mins strength training and 45 mins of cardio). I dont know if its because Im bloated because of my monthly but I'm a bit sad.... I get bloated for about 2 weeks out of the month but this has got me down... however my clothes are fitting better, My thighs are lifting, the neck bulge thing is almost non-existant anymore and my stomach is going down very well including the pooch but my scale is peeing me off!!!
