Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, I decided that I am going to try to post to the board at least 3x's per week, it seems to help alot. So I started to seriously try to lose weight back in about mid summer, and i lost ten pounds really quickly, but then school started, so i slowed down a bit, i didnt gain any, actually i lost another five, but then i started eating ALOT again, so i gained that five lbs. back, and i havent been able to lose it, partly because i am between sports and too lazy to exersize (completely stupid of me), and partly because i havent been eating very healthy at school recently. So I am starting to eat better tomorrow, and such like that. Christmas is always a rough time for me, basicly, my mother is the only one of 8 siblings that isnt obese, so she is pretty hard an me about my weight, and we always have christmas parties w/ ALOT of food, and chocolate, and carbs, so this winter will be interesting!.so ill probably be reporting back in a couple days!
