Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 195 lb - So my sister introduced me to this site, the bitch lost 60 lbs.. and now i'm trying to lose so i'm not the *fat* kid of the family.. haha. So i started about three weeks ago.. with a lot of excersise, well, about 35 minutes 6 nights a week, with the exceptional one cheat day a week. Lowered my calories from probably over 3000 a day to 1600, and sometimes a bit less, depending on the day and of course the mood, aaha.the first two weeks went by perfectly, was happier of course, from being more energetic.. and by the end of the third week we had to put my dog down, so that was horrible for me considering we had her for more than half of my life. Since then, i've been slowing down on the excersise to about 14-20 minutes a night, for three nights a week.. i find that once i start a diet and im happy.. i'll slow it down BECAUSE i'm happy and think, ok well.. i did good, so i can slow down. A week later the ten pounds i lost comes back on. I find it incredibly hard to actually stick to a diet. Any suggestions on how i can lose weight preferably fast enough, without such a strict diet? throughout the three weeks i lost about 7 pounds, i would like to lose 3-5 pounds a week.. while it's easy for me and i'm not at my plateau. Any ideas are appreciated.
