Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - okay, so i really lost motivation. how? why? nooo idea. i got down to 166-167 this summer, then shot back up to 174ish. im now back down to 170, but like what the hell. all i want is to weigh 160-165 for christmas but it just seems soo hard to do. everyday is a constant struggle. i usually am soo good with being strict and saying no to bad foods but i dunno.. i do extremely well for 5-6 days, then lose a pound or two (maybe water weight or fat i dunno which) and then im right back to being bad again. i just want this weight GONE! then i can focus on maintaining which i can do way better than actually losing weight. it was so easy before, what the hell happened?? ah well, tomorrow is another day. i gotta get my butt in gear. good luck everyone, stay strong
