~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OK.. So I'm a swimmer. I swim for at least two hours for at least four days a week. But the thing is, after I swim I can't stop eating. And usually, I use it as an excuse to eat more. But I want to lose weight, and I don't know how to control my appetitite after practice. I also want to eat healthier but I'm finding it really hard to do. Any suggestions? I try to eat like granola and stuf but...i'm never in the mood for fruits and/or veggies. plus, they're never in the house.
