Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 150 lb - FINALLY! a day that i didn't mess up. I had 2 apples and 2 yogurts for breakfast, veggie soup and 2 hard boiled eggs for lunch, and a veggie subb from subway for dinner. i also had half of a butter tart for dessert and a few sips of my boyfriends pepsi. all in all, it was about 1200 calories, plus i walked to and from work (40 mins total) and went for a 20-30 min walk with my sister. so it was over an hour of walking today. i really feel it in my butt muscles lol which is cool, cause i have like no butt and i want it to have more shape! anyways, i decided im not looking at the scale at all until monday when i usually write down my weight, that way if i do well ill be surprised and happy with my results. good luck everybody! resist your temptations because even though its hard to say no to that junk food, it feels a hell of a lot better knowing u conquered your craving than it does feeling bloated and fat after you've binged on it. :) take care! xo
