Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok so im just starting idk how tho im trying to lose weigh but what should i do for exercise??? i go walking everyday and do little things like situps and push ups and jumping jacks thos kinda things everyday and im on a diet pill called ali but idk what else i can do im trying to change the way i eat but idk what i should eat any ideas???
