Ht. 5'3", Start: 173 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 125 lb - okay, so today i had multi-grain cheerios with skim milk and a green apple for breakfast. then dance today, and i went to dance. and we had to do 10 mins of cartwheels across the floor because it would help stretch for our splits. then we actually got started with dance for an hour. omgg it's such a good workout! and i havent even had lunch yet! and i drank 2 water bottles already. i feel great for some reason!
