Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright. So I'm a dessert fiend. Have to have it after dinner and I've alloted calories so I can. I know that a few people are like me and I thought we could make a post of lower calorie dessert alternatives so we can satisfy a sweet tooth while not destroying all the work we've done. I like: meringues (120 cals for five) stawberries in 60 calorie choc pudding apples in caramel dip frozen yogurt hot chocolate sorbet What about you guys?
