Ht. 5'1", Start: 217 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Um. So. Well, hi. I'm new I suppose, well I used to post when I was younger. Anyways, I decided to come back on because I basically I need some inspiration and well, somewhere to output my success and failures because my parents are exactly the easiest people to talk to. So lets see I started trying to lose weight about two maybe three weeks ago and I've lost 16 pounds...so yay! Ha, all I've really been doing is cutting down A LOT on the sweets, I completely stopped eating bread (i can get fiber in other ways), drink tons of water, and I only eat three meals a day, oh and eat way more fruit and vegatables. No snacks, because I know I'm not really hungry, so instead I chew gum. Works like a charm, it satsifies by craving to eat something and only has like 5 calories. [: Oh and I've been exercising too, I walk/jog on a treadmill for about 45 mins, and if I'm just walking an hour and a half. I also do 100 regular crunches and 50 side crunched on each side. So um yeah, thats about it...oh and some of your stories are very inspirational and keep motivated! Thanks!
