Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey all. Here's how it went today. Breakfast: 1 slice low-fat frozen French toast (it's four-grain bread) with margerine, fruit juice, a yogurt, and water. Snack: Special K bar. Lunch: veggie burger with fat-free cheese, grilled onions, and ketchup, and some satueed (sp?) potatoes with carrots. Snack: roasted corn and bean salad with garlic and salt. Dinner: grilled salmon with apple glaze, salad. Dessert: low-fat pudding cup with Cool Whip Lite. I had water and sugar-free lemonade throughout the day to keep hydrated. Unfortunately, I didn't know the guy who came to replace our old gunky blinds was coming today, so I had to wait around all day becuase of course he never comes on time so hae came late and by that time my mom was coming home from work. SO yeah no exercise. :( BUT tomorrow is a totally free day for me so I plan on doing some Pilates and walking after dinner. Kay tell me how I did plz and thanx!
