Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k i think i did pretty well today. for breakfast i had some cottage cheese and all bran cereal, then while i was at work i had a veggie sub with no sauce on a whole wheat bun, then for dinner i had veggie stirfry with chicken and some cottage cheese. total cals - roughly 1200 or less i think i overshot . and i biked for 20 mins today. im gettin back on track slowly! i work at a pizza call centre and there were 2 large pepperoni and cheese pizzas there for free for anyone who wanted some pizza, and it took every fiber of my being but i resisted! it was horrible though it smelled soooo good. haha but i beat it! :) anyways good luck guys
