Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello awesome people! Okay well today went like this: Breakfast: 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/ 1 cup skim milk. Snack: low-fat pudding cup. Lunch: grilled pepper and mozzarella panini, later I had some more peppers with some bread and oil (eeks!) but I walked it off casually strolling for an hour. Snack: tomato soup. Dinner: grilled fish, salad, 1 cup steamed rice w/ broccoli. Execise: No formal exercise today but I did walk like I said and ran a few errands. The walk was pretty good though becuase it was slightly uphill. Hmm...overall this week I didn't do nearly as well as I wanted but I think it was a pretty good start. But I'm gonna weight in tomorrow so cross your fingers that I didn't gain lol. =)
