Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh! i have been starting to do lots of eating late at night and going to bed afterwards...its soo bad to eat before bed! the worst part of it is...ive been craving peanut butter so i have been eating peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread before sleeping...theres sooo many calories buts also the only thing that will satisfy me.i know i shouldnt eat before bed and if i do, i should try to make it something atleast low calorie like an apple but then i will grab more cuz only the pb sandwiches are good 4 me...i put on a vouple pounds and my mom also sed i started to go down in the middle of the night to the refridgerator and i dont remember...i looked things up and me and my dad agree i have night eating syndrome and now in the middle of the night, i dont remember eating til my parents wake me up...I HATE THIS SOO MUCH AND IM PUTTING ON MORE WEIGHT AND I CANT EVEN HELP IT... i bought a book about how to overcome it and its not helping... now i cant stop eating at night and im also constantly hungy during the day and eating lots in the morening, afternoon, AND night... around 2600-3600 calories and the Peanut butter just makes it worse
