Ht. 5'3", Start: 184 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey all! I've been doing this whole get healthy thing for about a week now. Eating healthy and exercise and I'm feeling great! I wanted to join the Christmas challenge so here I am posting. So by Christmas I'd like to be down to 173. So 9 pounds. I plan on doing the treadmill for 10 mins every other day and the gazelle for 20 mins on the day I don't do the treamill. I also do the ablounge every day and some simple toning exercises every other day. I also will be drinking more water and lots of fruits and veggies! Good luck to everyone else in the Christmas challenge! =D
