Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - ah man i just went for like a 20 minute jog/power walk and i feel so good. i ate like 5 chicken wings and then i felt guilty, i just had this craving to eat, so i went out and jogged and i feel great. im going to start doing this more often, at least 3-4 times a week, because im so busy with work and school i'll hardly have the chance. i'm starting the south beach diet with my mom and my sister tomorrow. it's going to be so hard to not eat too many carbs and stuff but i think this is the final kick i need to lose that last 26 pounds. well good luck everybody, and wish me luck.. i'll need it lol :)
