BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - um, ok. so- i know i'm not a teenager anymore- but i used to come to this site for motivation when i lost a bunch of weight during high school. here's the deal- i am way overweight, and my wedding is coming up (please don't tell me i'm too young or any other uninformed personal comments about a situation you do not know much of anything about- and no, i'm not pregnant. lol). my wedding is in 2 months!!! i want to look so awesome for my love and for the rest of my family- and also a little because i have an awful stepmother who always hints that i'm fat. i didn't even want to invite her, but i'm unfortunately responsible and had to. i really want to lose about 20 lbs- be in the 180's again at least, i know 20lbs in 2 months is pushing it a bit, but i was thinking i'd go with small portion sizes about 6 times a day meals (that's always how i lose the most) and, of course, go to my yoga class that i have on fridays, and tone tone tone the rest of the week. i was thinking of going a bit low carb (or should i say complex carbs- like i can still eat fruit- but not candy) the very last week before the wedding. some other things that i've just started to do to make myself look great in two months is: whitening teeth, using proactive to get smoother skin, using the daily glow lotion that gives you a tan two shades darker over two weeks so it looks natural (i am uber pale- especially my legs and my dress in knee length). i also want to dye my hair a bit of a redder tone (so it still looks natural). and i'm also getting contacts once again. any other suggestions? sorry this post is so long!
