Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok so i did pretty good yesterday. i had a bowl of cherrios for breakfast and for lunch i had...a turkey sandwich with lettuce and a small salad. for dinner i had chicken corn green beans and some pasta salad. oo and some sliced peppers. but now today breakfast i had go lean waffles and a banana not bad but now im sitting at work starving with a jar of candy infront of me and ive had 2 reeses and 2 kitkats. along with a tootsie pop...ive got water w/ me but ive drank it all. ahh i kno its my fault i should brought food but i dont have anywhere to put until i eat it and the building is kinda warm on saturdays. after i get off im walking over to the fball game..i work on campus...and my bf is gonna bring me a sandwich to eat on the way there so im not completely starving until 9 oclock whn the games over.... im having a hard time keeping to my diet all of a sudden...any tips/suggestions
