Ht. 5'3", Start: 189 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey yall i just need some advice ok so i just starting running at least 30+ a day listening to my ipod helps and ive been drinking water now instead of pop and eating more fruits and vegetables i need to loose at least 20 lbs in the next 3 months do you yall think i can do it? any body have more adivice for me?! also i have stomach fat on my lower stomach its like a pouch will that go down? and also my inner thighs have like 2 inched of fat will that go down too? and my face i have the biggest cheeks! will that also as well go down?! ahh i hope thanx yall 3
