Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - how much weight do you think I could lose in 19 days for my school pictures. This is what I had today it was a bad day though. Breakfast Honey nut cheerois. Snack 90 cal bar. Lunch cooked ham lunchmeat sandwhich no mayonasse, 100 cal pak, another 100 cal pak and water. For supper 2 small hotdogs, rice with peas, chicken and carrots in it and teryaki noodles not even 1/2 cup, water. Later on a small hamburger with just ketchup and extra pickles. For exercise 20 min basketball, and 25 min walk. How did I do? Should I do more exercises or what. I'm gonna start doing about an hour of stuff if I can after school
