BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hello, it is my first post and I am excited to become involved with the bulletin board. To start, my name is Daniqua, I am 5'6'', 180 pounds, and attempting to lose forty pounds. School starts on September 3rd and since August 15 (One Week), I have been dieting, as well as exercising. I have not weighed myself and I am not planning to, until September 3rd. I eat healthful, consume a gallon of water a day, and exercise for one hour six times a week. For my diet, I eat an apple, an orange, a banana, a cup of milk, and a cup of orange juice for breakfast. Then, for dinner, I eat two slices of whole wheat bread, one slice of American cheese, two slices of tomato, and one can of tuna fish, mixed with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. For my exercise, I walk on the tredmill for three minutes, then run at a 4.5-speed for nine minutes, then walk at a 3.5-speed for two minutes, then run at a 4.5-speed for two minutes, and continue that process until I have been active on the tredmill for 34 minutes. Then, I strength train for 30 minutes. SO, all in all, I understand that my post is long, but WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK? How much weight can I lose in one month? P.S. Within the last week, I have realized that I have a lot more will power than I thought I did!
