Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - if any of you need a tip on exercise without having to do much or consider it exercise, get a job where ur on your feet all the time. i work like 37 hours a week at a convenience store, so im on my feet serving customers and stocking shelves and walking back and forth for 8 hours a day. i've lost 6 pounds since starting there, and i've only been there about 3 weeks :) i'm so happy, i'm getting so close to my goal weight, back in may it seemed hopeless, i was 220lbs and i thought it would take too long, and yeah it took a few months but when you dont focus on it, you just eat right and walk around time flies and before u know it its been a month and ur 10 pounds lighter. the only problem is my work pants wont stay up anymore haha good luck everyone :)
