Ht. 4'11", Start: 171 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 106 lb - Hey guys! I know it's been forever since I've posted, and I figured I'd come back and see what's going on. I've been doing all right lately, but I know I can do better. School starts for me on August 22nd, and that day can't come fast enough. Me and my friend are starting postsecondary classes and we'll probably be going out to eat every day when they start. I am thinking of eating a healthy breakfast every day, a salad or low cal meal for lunch, and whatever my dad makes for supper in a small portion. Do you think this sounds good? I'm going to work as hard as I possibly can, starting right now, because I want this more than anything. I am the only fat one in my group of friends and although they don't make fun of me, it still hurts me that they can do so much more than I can.
