Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This sucks. I can't get back down to 168. I get down to 169. Then my body's like I hate you so it goes back up to 172. I eat about 1200-1400 calories a day. Then I do about 30 min walk, 30 min soccer, 4 mile walk, and sometimes other things. and I change my routine every day. What am I doing wrong. Please reply
