Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - im so confused. i hve the same amount of fat, do the same thing every day, and my clothes actually seem to be getting tighter but when i was weighed, the scale said i was 10 pounds lighter. i want to know how i can lose more FAT but not gain any muscle or lose any more weight.
