Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 125 lb - GAHHHHHH It's SOOOO HARD not to eat yummy leftovers right now. wow, once you're in the habit of binging it SO hard to stop. but i'm actually 142.2, and i'm giving myself 5 weeks to lose 12.2 pounds! i just have to keep thinking: if i stick to a healthy diet and moderately exercise, i WILL lose weight. It's science! Unless i mess up and fail, theres no way for me to not lose weight. so all i have to do...is not fail!
