~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Miranda, Age 16

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - HEY! So i'm new to this so bare with me! I'm Miranda, I'm 16 & since i was 13 i've been a little chubby.. I was 98 pounds at age 12 then suddeny by 13 i was 135 & from that age up i'd stay at around 150. I LOVE TO EAT! I have lots of health problems so i get really low blood sugar dieting. I've finally found a diet i love & in a week i've lost7 lbs & counting. Its a spin off of atkins, with one meal of what you want in the evening. I eat my favorite foods at like 5:00. In the morning i eat eggs & sausage. Noon A ceasar salad with no croutons. Its great because i've battled with this for a while. I've always been told how pretty I was and if i'd lose just a little weight i'd be gorgeous. People "guess" i weigh 140, which was a far cry from my highest weight so far 175. I hate(d) looking in the mirror & seeing someone im not. Last summer i weighed 130 lbs. My lowest as a teen. I still wasted it wearing a hoodie in 98 degree weather because i felt "fat". I carry my weight really well so at 130 i looked about 118 or so. I know i have a problem with my self esteem & i'm gonna get down to that 140-150 & i'm gonna take totaly advantage of it. I was just wondering what would be a great toning exercise for my upper body? EVERYONE KEEP IT UP & I SUPPORT YOU 100% & YOUR ALL SO GREAT! - Miranda.
