Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I totally had a bad day today with the fourth and all the yummy food.I did real well for breakfast(watermelon)and lunch(salad).But then came dinner...chips, a hotdog with a bun some corn and beans adn dessert was ice cream sandwich and i had a cookie. OMG i am so fat im going to get on the treadmill and work my but off i feel really sick not just like my stomache wise but i feel like i let myself down too.So its time to kick back into high gear tomorrow 30 pounds by late August.I CAN DO IT...i hope!!!! =(
