Ht. 5'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 238 lb, Goal: 215 lb - ok so im deciding to start a new me. im going into my senior year in highschool. And i would like to change for it. i want to be healthier and have more self esteem. i just started eating a salad with alittle cheese,and italian dressing and water with lemon in it. i walked 6 miles today across town. so that was my exercise. Does anyone have anything else i can do. like meal plans,exercises that can make me loose 15 pds by august 29th. thanks so much Br Brii ♥
