Ht. 6'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 227 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Today me and some of my friends walked 10 miles today! I went to weigh myself and now I weigh 227! 4 lbs! My plan that I did today was to walk 30 mins. in the morning after breakfast, do cardio at 2 after lunch, then walk for 30 mins after dinner.Every saturday me and some friends are going to the track to walk 10 miles like we did today. If the weather is good. There also was some diet changes. No junk food!Like chips and candy an pop. This morning i had some fruit with a glass of skim milk. Lunch I had a lean cousine with steemed veggies and skim milk. And dinner i had pasta with no sause and some steemed veggies with a glass of skim milk. with this plan that i tried today im trying to include all food groups. It seems to work. i lost 4 lb today! do you think that this is good. If you have any tips please tell.
