Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Just..exercise. Bike ride, skate, do exercise dvds when you are bored, run, go to the gym and lift weights, use the cardio machines, go swimming, turn on music and dance, clean your room, do some chores for your family, walk a dog, play soccer, basketball, volleyball, whatever sport..tennis...Tae bo, jumping jacks, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, magazine workouts....hula hooping, jump-roping....arm moves with light dumbell weights....JUST EXERCISE IT WILL HELP YOU GET THE WEIGHT OFF!
