Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 289 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Okay, so yesterday I was going to start my diet, and I kindof did. The only this is - my Dad wanted to order out for dinner and I had no other choice really. I have that problem a lot - my friends or parents or grandparents, someone always want to eat out/get fast food/or order out. And I always blame that for the reason that I don't do well on a diet, but you know what? That's life. It's not like I can completely eliminate junk food from my life unless I stop talking to everyone, hah. I decided I'll just have to limit how much I eat. And I tried to do that last night, and I wanted to get an opinion on how I did. We got garbage plates [not sure if you guys know what that is because it's indigenous to this area I think] and I only ate the hamburger with hot sauce but no other condiments or bun, about two tablespoons of macaroni salad, about 10 fries with hotsauce and about a cup of salad with chicken on it and blue cheese. The chicken had some sauce on it. I know this wasn't healthy, but as far as calories go - how do you guys think I did? I only ate 400 calories earlier in the day. I'm hoping I stayed below 1500 for the day. I also exercised for almost an hour using a workout video. Thoughts?
