Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 157 lb - WHAT I DID TO LOSE 10 INCHES ALL OVER MY BODY IN A WEEK!!!! 1.Kept a food journal and wrote down ALL the calories ive eaten that day making sure i got my veggies, meat and fruit from the food prymaid in, i never really ate fatty foods but i guess its up 2 u (calories never extended 800).JUST DONT BINGE ALOT IN THE NIGHT AND YOUR FINE. 2. I also did 2 or more aerobic classes----i.e, Hip Hop Abs and and group fitness classes at the gym----BEWARE ALL THESE CLASSES I TOOK WERE EXTREMLY HARD BUT I WAS EXTRA MOTIVATED. :) 3. I also did elleptical machines making sure to BURN MORE THAN 300 calories. 4.THATS IT!!!!!! EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING ALOTT made me feel better about myself and not to mention lose 10 inches all over my body in a week!!! IT REALLY WORKS BYE GUYS AND THANX FOR BELIVING IN ME ;)
