Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I went to chinese buffet today and I only had one plate and one pop. Usually I have three pops, and 2 or 3 plates. This is what I had so far today. Breakfast honey nut cheerois and milk. For lunch I had one plate of chines and one pop. For snack I had a pepsi icey. Then I did a 14 min walk. Then later i'm gonna do a 10 min pilates. then 35 min taebo. For supper i'll probly Have a lean cusine. Total calories- 1200 or less
