Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From lc, Age 17 Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey guys. it's may 26th and my prom & graduation is exactly 1 month away and i kind of have to lose a few pounds for my dress. i was just wondering how much weight is possible to lose in 1 month. i know it's hard to determine that because everyone's bodies are different but i was just wondering (aproxamatly) how much weight can be lost in that amount of time if i ate more healthier and walked a lot . right now, i been eating quite a bit of junk food along with some take out food here and there. i walk not every night, but about 3 times a week for an hour. i bought a 1 month gym pass last month and i went to the gym 3-4 times a week (for 2 hours)and ate more healthier (but still ate junk food) & i never lost any weight. but it's weird because i looked like a lost a ton of weight but when i got on the scale it said that i was still the same weight as i always been . i was wondering if any of you could give me some tips & advice . thanks!! |
