Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 14 Jumping in place for 15 minutes? I don't think so. That sounds boring. Maybe try hula hooping that is fun. Or do arm excercises with 5-pound weights to build muscle. Bike riding is good. Whatever you do, just try to get in at least 30 minutes of excercise a day (aim for 1 hour if you can) and eat healthy. Stick to this. |
