Message Replying To From Kayla, Age 15 Yes, but don't freak out. I call it temporary weight. It comes off really easy. Try not to eat before bed. Some people will tell you it doesn't matter but it does. Heres a little story: I had a killer day at school and came home with a migraine. I laid down at 2PM and woke up a midnight. I only had half of my calories that day and I was starving. So I made my way downstairs and made myself a bowl of spaghetti. It still only had my calories up to 2/3 the total limit. I ate that and went to bed. I woke up in the morning and had gained a pound. It came off the next day though. So don't make it a habit, but it's okay if you do once or twice. It won't kill you. |
