Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Eh..I think I did OK today, the only bad thing I ate was the toasted peanut butter crackers. Breakfast: Peaches & cream oatmeal - 260 cal. Lunch: Bluberries & cream oatmeal and non fat yogurt (i love oatmeal lol) - 340 cal. Dinner - Subway: 6 inch, wheat bread, turkey, american cheese (I know I should get NO cheese), honey mustard, lettuce, cucumbers, & pickles - 450 cal. Snacks: 1 apple - 70 cal. (I know I should have had more veggies & fruits, but I was at the beach for along time, and I didn't bring any food.) Also I have toasted peanut butter crackers - 200 calories I had 20 oz. of water & counting today. not alot =/ calorie intake 1320? I hope that's ok. And for exercise, I swam for about 15 min. (woo-hoo no big deal), biked for 30 minutes, and walked approximatly 4 miles. Don't no how fast but I passed alot of people that were "exercise" walking. I'm pretty proud of today. yay. Tomorrow is my 14th birthday :] Goodluck everyone
