~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - For breakfast, I had two egg whites scrambled and a piece of organic cheese. After breakfast, I did some yard work. Our backyard is basically a cliff and I ended up walking up and down it a lot. For lunch, I had a slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza (well cheese because I took off the meat). For a snack, I had a serving of triscuits. After I lunged around in our kiddie pool, I went on a 1.5 mile walk with my dog around our hilly neighborhood. For dinner I had organic veggie nuggets and a small piece of angel food cake and fresh strawberries. After dinner I did 22 minutes on a 9.0 elevated treadmill, 200 crunches, 100 bicep curls with 20 pounds on each arm (don’t tell me it was too much because I am strong enough to do it). I know the pizza wasn’t great, but my total calories for the day was 1200. I plan on also getting more veggies and grains into my system, but today was a strange day. I'm hoping to make it back to the 170s by Saturday (my weigh-in/meating-eating day.
